GR MAJOR 60 is an belt driven pump that can be provided in different ways.
This version with nitrile flexible impeller, slow running speed 470 r.p.m., is particularly suitable for olive oils / vegetable oils and for delicate/fragile, viscous fluids, even with bodies in suspension.

There is a monobloc pump also called EP MAJOR 60, or this GR series (GR MINOR, GR MAJOR, GR MAXI) that is, belt driven pumps mounted on a stainless steel base or trolley.

The pump can be provided with different impellers, motor power, round per minute, inverter, control panels, etc. etc.
GR MAJOR 60 with its features is the perfect pump for oil mills and wineries for transferring wine, must, destemmed grapes, with different r.p.m. and impeller.

GENERAL FEATURES
These pumps are self-priming pumps up to 6 metres maximum, with flexible impeller.
They have a slow running speed (235-470, 300, 470, 700, ecc.), available as monobloc - coaxial pumps or reduced by pulley arrangement at 1 or 2 speed.
The pumps can be provided with a mechanical speed variator or integrated frequency converter (inverter). The trolley/base, fittings and the pump are made completely in stainless steel AISI 304 ( AISI 316 on request).

The standard pump impeller is in natural non toxic rubber or alternatively on request in neoprene, nitrile, EPDM or silicon.
The standard mechanical seal is ceramicl-graphite-NBR or on request in vidia-vidia-NBR or vidia-vidia-viton.

FOOD INDUSTRY: transferring of delicate liquids and also those with solid in suspension with different viscosity and without emulsifier (wine, must, destemmed grapes, beer, fruit pulp and juices, jams, liquid sugars, glucose, milk, butter, yoghurt, eggs, oil and tomatoes in pulp and juices).
